CANCELLATION/RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:-

Luliwaa pvt ltd company believes in helping its customers as far as Possible and has,therefore a liberal return and refund policy.

Luliwaa endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition.

There shall be no Cancellations for orders

Refund can be generated on certain criteria:

* If product is damaged.Videos and pictures are needed. You can mail it to us at luliwaabypriya@gmail.com or  @luliwaa_by_priya  on instagram

* Further we will either refund or exchange the products for you.

* If a wrong product is delivered, we shall resend it. Videos and pictures are needed. You can mail it to us at luliwaabypriya@gmail.com or @luliwaa_by_priya instagram

* Resending time is 1 week from the day of complaint. 

*Refund generation time is 24-48 hours.
